Mark Mintz
Mark Mintz joined Charles River in February 2021 as Corporate Senior Vice President, Chief Digital Officer, and was promoted to Corporate Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer in June 2021. As CIO, Mr. Mintz leads the Company’s global Technology organization and is responsible for delivering technology solutions that further enhance the Company’s technology capabilities and support Charles River’s long-term strategic objectives. Mr. Mintz is a seasoned IT professional with more than 25 years of IT and Digital experience, which includes building and delivering enterprise and digital software, as well as continuously improving the IT estate, using agile, cloud and modern architectures.
Prior to joining Charles River, Mr. Mintz was a founding member of McKinsey & Company’s digital labs, the firm’s technology delivery practice, and a leader of McKinsey’s enterprise architecture practice, where he led clients through large-scale digital, agile and technology transformation programs. Mr. Mintz is an expert in applying agile methodology, focused on MVP (minimum viable product) delivery, iterative scaling, and building digital and engineering cultures and talent. He also served as an Application Development Manager at DoubleClick and a Technology Consultant at Accenture.
Mr. Mintz holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Finance and MIS from State University of New York at Albany.
