All communications will be kept confidential and forwarded, as appropriate, by the CRL Corporate Secretary directly to the Chair of the Board.
Certain items which are unrelated to the duties and responsibilities of the Board will not be forwarded to the Chair of the Board, such as spam, junk mail and mass mailings, customer complaints or inquiries, new product or service suggestions, resumes and other forms of job inquiries, surveys, and business solicitations or advertisements. In addition, materials that is unduly hostile, threatening, illegal or similarly unsuitable will not be forwarded.
