Amy E. Cianciaruso
Amy E. Cianciaruso joined Charles River in 2007 as the Director of Public Relations, developing and managing Charles River’s global public relations program. Ms. Cianciaruso has progressed through several communication and public relation roles of increasing responsibility and scope in her tenure with Charles River. In 2015, Ms. Cianciaruso was promoted to Corporate Vice President, and in 2020, Ms. Cianciaruso was promoted to Chief Communications Officer, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive internal and external communications strategy for the Company. Ms. Cianciaruso plays a key role shaping the reputation of Charles River externally while ensuring internally that employees are well-informed and engaged in the Company’s purpose, vision, values, and impact. In 2025, Ms. Cianciaruso assumed the role of Corporate Senior Vice President & Chief Communications Officer accountable for corporate messaging, media and public relations, digital content, and shaping how Charles River communicates with key stakeholders. Additionally, in 2025, Ms. Cianciaruso received an award in the category of Change Agent as one of the Top Women in Communications as nominated by Ragan Communications.
Ms. Cianciaruso holds a B.A. in Journalism from Northeastern University.
